Eating in summer have always been an issue for me, between searching for lighter alternatives and craving heart meals I had to find that balance to enjoy any food while keep tracking my healthy eating. It doesn’t make sense to make to go on salads even if I tried hundreds of recipes I still have that need to eat food I love whether it is a piece of grilled meat drizzled with gravy, a favorite bowel of straight pasta or veggie themed dish for rough hot days. What really helps is to create some balance from different angles and of course keep hydrating.
